This dynamic workout is designed to build speed, strength, and endurance with a mix of footwork, striking combos, and bodyweight training. Get ready to sweat, burn calories, and feel unstoppable.



🔥 Warm-Up (5-7 Minutes)

  • Jump Rope or High Knees – 2 minutes

  • Arm Circles & Shoulder Rolls – 30 seconds each

  • Shadow Boxing (Slow & Controlled) – 1 minute

  • Torso Rotations – 15 reps each side

Round 1: Speed & Agility

1. Jab-Cross-Jab Combo – 3 sets of 30 seconds

2. Fast Uppercuts – 3 sets of 20 reps

3. Lateral Shuffles with Quick Jabs – 3 sets of 20 seconds
