Beast Mode NUDE FULL BODY Workout Routine
Perform 3-4 rounds of the following compound exercises, focusing on proper form, controlled movement, and power. Adjust intensity based on your fitness level.
🔥 Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
Activate your body and prepare for movement with dynamic stretches and cardio exercises.
Arm Circles & Shoulder Rolls – 30 seconds each
Torso Twists – 20 reps
High Knees or Jump Rope – 1 minute
Deep Squats with Hip Openers – 10 reps

This NUDE FULL BODY routine focuses on strength, cardio, and mobility to give you a balanced, high-energy workout.
Lower Body Power
🔥 1. Squat to Press – Engage the legs, core, and shoulders for a full-body burn. (10-15 reps)🔥 2. Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive – Boosts balance, core activation, and leg endurance. (10 reps per side) 🔥 3. Jump Squats or Step-Ups – Explosive movement for power and agility. (12-15 reps)
💡 Tip: Focus on controlled movement to prevent momentum from taking over—feel the burn in every rep.
Upper Body Strength & Core Control
🔥 4. Push-Ups or Shoulder Taps – Strengthens the chest, arms, and core. (10-15 reps) 🔥 5. Bent-Over Rows or Pulls – Builds back and shoulder stability. (12 reps) 🔥 6. Plank to Side Rotation – Engages the entire core and upper body. (30 seconds per side)

Cardio & Explosive Strength
