Perform 3-4 rounds of the following core-sculpting exercises, resting 30-45 seconds between movements.
🔥 Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
Prepare your core and activate your muscles with these dynamic movements:
Standing Torso Twists – 30 seconds
Cat-Cow Stretch – 30 seconds
High Knees or Jump Rope – 1 minute
Side Bends & Rotations – 30 seconds

💪 Core Strength & Definition Workout

Lower Abs & Stability
🔥 1. Hanging Leg Raises or Reverse Crunches – Strengthens lower abs. (12-15 reps) 🔥 2. Plank Knee Tucks – Engages the deep core muscles. (10 reps per side) 🔥 3. Bicycle Crunches – Builds oblique definition. (15 reps per side)
