🔥 Warm-Up (5-7 Minutes)

  • Dynamic Leg Swings – 15 reps per leg

  • Bodyweight Squats – 15 reps

  • Standing Hip Circles – 10 reps per leg

  • Lunge-to-Hamstring Stretch – 30 seconds per side


    🦵 The Core Nude Leg Day Routine

1. Feline Squats (3 sets of 12 reps)Engage your core, lower into a deep squat, and push through your heels to stand back up. Keep movements fluid and controlled like a sleek predator.

2. Panther Lunges (3 sets of 10 reps per leg)Step into a deep lunge, engaging your glutes and quads. Focus on slow, precise movements—just like a cat stalking its prey.

3. Prowler Step-Ups (3 sets of 12 reps per leg)Using a step or sturdy surface, drive through your heel and power up with control. Feel the stretch and contraction in your glutes.

4. Tiger Glute Bridges (3 sets of 15 reps)Lie on your back, plant your feet, and lift your hips high. Squeeze your glutes at the top before lowering back down.

5. Cheetah Calf Raises (3 sets of 20 reps)Stand tall, push onto the balls of your feet, and lower slowly. This strengthens calves and ankle stability.
