Jump Rope or High Knees – 45 seconds ✅ Arm Circles & Shoulder Rolls – 30 seconds ✅ Bodyweight Squats – 15 reps ✅ Plank-to-Downward Dog – 30 seconds ✅ Hip Openers (Standing or Seated) – 30 seconds per side
