Leg Ignition: NUDE LEG WORKOUT ROUTINE

This power-packed lower-body workout combines compound movements, strength-building exercises, and explosive plyometrics to fire up your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves for ultimate strength and endurance.



🔥 WARM-UP (5 Minutes)

Prepare your muscles and joints for intense activation with dynamic stretches and mobility drills.

Bodyweight Squats – 15 reps  ✅ Hip Openers (Leg Swings) – 10 reps per leg  Lunges with Torso Twists – 10 reps per leg  ✅ Calf Raises – 20 reps  Glute Bridges – 12 reps

This NUDE LEG WORKOUT is designed for maximum strength, endurance, and functional power.

Build raw leg strength with compound lifts and lower-body engagement.

🔥 Squats (Bodyweight or Weighted) – 4 sets x 12 reps  🔥 Bulgarian Split Squats – 3 sets x 10 reps per leg  🔥 Romanian Deadlifts (Dumbbells or Bodyweight) – 3 sets x 12 reps  🔥 Step-Ups (Explosive Power) – 3 sets x 12 reps per leg

⚡ Block 2: Explosive Power & Speed

Increase athleticism, endurance, and fast-twitch muscle response with plyometric drills.

🔥 Jump Squats – 3 sets x 15 reps  🔥 Lateral Bounds (Side-to-Side Power Jumps) – 3 sets x 12 reps per side  🔥 Broad Jumps (Forward Explosive Jumps) – 3 sets x 10 reps  🔥 Calf Plyo Hops – 3 sets x 20 reps
