🔥 Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
Prepare your body for deep stretching with gentle, dynamic movements to loosen up the muscles.
Neck Rolls – 10 reps each direction
Arm Circles – 30 seconds forward & backward
Torso Twists – 10 reps each side
Hip Circles – 30 seconds each direction
