Olympian Upper Body NUDE UPPER BODY ADVANCED Workout

Perform 4 rounds of the following upper body exercises, resting 45-60 seconds between movements.


🔥 Warm-Up (5 Minutes)

A proper warm-up preps your joints, muscles, and nervous system for peak performance:

  • Arm Circles & Shoulder Rolls – 30 seconds

  • Jump Rope or High Knees – 1 minute

  • Push-Up to Downward Dog – 10 reps

  • Banded Shoulder Rotations – 30 seconds

💡 Tip: Focus on controlled breathing and activating the muscles before starting.



💪 Upper Body Strength & Power Workout

Each exercise is designed to develop strength, endurance, and definition.

Chest & Shoulder Domination

🔥 1. Explosive Push-Ups – Builds power and endurance. (12 reps) 🔥 2. Pike Push-Ups – Targets the shoulders and upper chest. (10 reps) 🔥 3. Archer Push-Ups – Engages arms and stabilizer muscles. (8 reps per side)

Back & Arm Strength

🔥 4. Bodyweight Rows (Under Table or Bar) – Strengthens the back and biceps. (10 reps) 🔥 5. Triceps Dips – Builds arm strength and stability. (12 reps) 🔥 6. Superhero Hold (Superman Pose) – Enhances lower back and shoulder endurance. (30 seconds)

Core & Stability Finisher

🔥 7. Hanging or Floor Leg Raises – Strengthens core and stabilizers. (12 reps) 🔥 8. Plank to Shoulder Tap – Improves balance and core control. (10 reps per side) 🔥 9. Handstand Hold (Against Wall if Needed) – Builds shoulder and arm strength. (20 seconds)
