Peak Pedal: NUDE ADVANCED CYCLING WORKOUT

This workout features interval-based training, combining high-intensity sprints, hill climbs, endurance pushes, and recovery phases to simulate a real-world ride that maximizes performance.

🚴‍♂️ Warm-Up (5 Minutes)

Start with a steady, moderate-intensity pace to prepare your muscles and joints for high performance.

  • 90 RPM Light Pedal – 2 minutes

  • Seated Climb (Add Moderate Resistance) – 1 minute

  • Out-of-Saddle Light Sprint (Increase Cadence to 100-110 RPM) – 30 seconds

  • Seated Recovery – 1 minute
